Funds
Along with undesignated gifts, there are a variety of funds you can give towards—including our ministries, supported causes, and partner organizations. See below for a breakdown of the major funds.
If you’re giving online, you can designate your gift using the dropdown fund list and/or memo line. When giving by cash or check, designate your gift on a giving envelope.
Operating
The Operating Fund is used to support the full range of ministries at Crossroads, such as worship services, facility care, classes, local and global outreach, and more. This fund is the primary way we pursue our mission through unrestricted gifts that allow us the discretion to allocate funds wherever they’re needed.
Per Capita
The Per capita rate is $43 for each member in 2025. Per capita is how Crossroads financially supports the wider work of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), which our congregation benefits from by their leadership, guidance, and support. Designated Ministries
If you have a particular Crossroads ministry or mission in mind, choose this fund and specify your designation in the memo field.
Memorial Donations
If you would like to make a gift to Crossroads in memory of a loved one, this can be done through the online giving portal or by cash or check. Include the honoree’s name in the memo line. The family will be notified of your gift. Gifts can also be made in honor of a celebratory occasion, such as a baptism or anniversary.
Scholarships
Crossroads offers scholarships to families who request financial aid for their children to attend Crossroads Christian Preschool, as well as enriching events for middle and high school students. If you can help make these opportunities possible, please contribute to the Youth or Preschool Scholarship fund.
VBS
We offer Vacation Bible School every summer. It’s a huge effort from our staff and community to pool together volunteers, plan activities, build props, and more. You can specifically support us in providing this special week of fun and faith through this fund.
MomCo
MomCo is an international non-profit organization with a Crossroads chapter. Donations to the Crossroads MomCo group primarily go towards the scholarship fund and paying childcare staff, but can be used in a variety of ways to encourage and equip members.PC(USA) Special Offerings
Special Offerings allow Crossroads to financially support the Presbyterian Church (USA) in its global efforts to alleviate poverty, help youth, encourage peacebuilding missions, and support our church’s workers and leaders. Envelopes are available in the sanctuary and narthex while we’re collecting a Special Offering. Gifts can also be made online. Select Special PCUSA Offerings from the drop down fund list and choose the offering in the memo line.
Joseph Fund
This fund is used exclusively to pay for the maintenance and replacement costs of our buildings and grounds.
