Recreation: Yoga, Pickleball, Softball, Golf

Get to know your Crossroads family by joining events promoting physical activity and fellowship both indoors and outdoors.

Yoga

Practice for a purpose to harmonize your mind, body, spirit, and breath. All skill levels welcome! Freewill offerings will be directed to Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County, a Crossroads mission partner.

In-person classes in the upper level Fireside Room:

  • Yoga – Balanced Mind & Body: 1st & 3rd Mondays, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. 
  • Yoga – Gentle Monday AM: 1st & 3rd Mondays, 11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
  • Yoga – Qigong: 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Yoga – Slow Flow Wednesday:  Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00 p.m.
  • Yoga – Self-Care Saturday

Virtual classes offered via Zoom:

  • Yoga – Chair (virtual):  2nd & 4th Mondays, 10:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
  • Yoga – Gentle Tuesday (virtual): Tuesdays, 9:00–10:00 a.m.
  • Yoga – Rise & Shine (virtual): 2nd & 3rd Fridays, 6:30–7:15 a.m.

Softball  
Thursday Evenings, May-August

Thanks for cheering on the Crossroads softball team this past summer! If you’d like to get involved for the 2025 season, contact Jenna Kreuzer. Our team is co-ed, and open to adults and youth 14+ who are entering high school. There is a small registration fee. Experience is encouraged but beginners are welcome too! We play at Behling Field in Cedarburg.

 

Golf

Women’s Golf: Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. in Mee-Kwon Park from June-August.

Pickleball

This fun game is a cross between badminton, tennis, and table tennis! Beginners are welcome on Monday and equipment can be provided for you.

  • Mondays, 1:15–3:00 p.m. (recreational) This group is currently at capacity.
